Refund Policy

1. Domain registrations are non-refundable
Once a domain name is registered, the fee is paid to the registry and cannot be recovered. Completed domain registrations are therefore non-refundable, including cases of typos in the domain name, change of mind, or failure to use the domain. Please review your selection carefully before paying.
2. Failed registrations
If your payment succeeds but the domain registration fails (for example the name became unavailable, or a registry error occurred) and we cannot complete it, you will receive a full refund of that order to your original payment method.
3. Duplicate or accidental charges
If you are charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
4. Website design services
Refund eligibility for website design packages depends on the stage of work completed and is assessed case by case. Contact us before purchasing if you have questions.
5. How to request a refund
Email hello@namelume.com with your order details and Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days, though your bank may take longer to post them.
