1. Overview
Namelume, a YiScroll product, provides domain name search and registration services. By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
2. Domain registration
Domain registrations are provided through our accredited registrar partner (ResellerClub). Registration is subject to ICANN policies and the registry rules for each extension, including dispute resolution and data verification requirements. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant contact information.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A registration is only completed after payment is confirmed.
4. Renewals
Domains do not auto-renew unless you explicitly enable it. If a domain is not renewed before its expiry date it may be suspended and eventually released by the registry.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Namelume or any domain registered through it for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware distribution, or infringement of third-party rights.
6. Limitation of liability
Namelume is provided on an 'as is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site.
